All orders are subject to product availability, confirmation of the delivery location and applicable payment arrangements.
Payments are handled separately through agreed methods such as UPI or bank transfer. Our website does not currently offer an online payment gateway or checkout facility.
We provide shipping to serviceable locations across India through authorised courier and logistics partners.
Delivery availability depends on the destination PIN code, courier network and shipment requirements.
International shipments, where available, are arranged separately.
Wheatella Foods LLP offers free shipping on eligible direct retail orders within serviceable locations across India.
No additional shipping charges are applicable to such eligible orders.
For bulk, wholesale, distributor and international orders, shipping and freight arrangements may be agreed separately before order confirmation.
Confirmed orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation and completion of applicable payment arrangements, subject to product availability.
Working days exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays.
Bulk orders, exceptionally large quantities or specially arranged shipments may have different dispatch schedules, which will be communicated before confirmation.
If dispatch is delayed, customers will be informed of the revised schedule.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier serviceability and transportation conditions.
An estimated delivery timeline will be communicated during order confirmation or after dispatch.
The 1–2 working day dispatch period does not mean that delivery will necessarily occur within 1–2 working days.
Delays may arise because of weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where an order is materially delayed, we will assist the customer and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
Wheatella Foods LLP uses suitable food packaging materials intended to help protect the quality and condition of our Coin Khakhra products during handling and transportation.
Customers are encouraged to inspect delivered shipments for visible damage, broken seals, missing items or other irregularities.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
If delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information, we will assist with suitable alternative arrangements where possible.
Any applicable and legally recoverable reshipping charges will be communicated for customer approval before additional shipment arrangements are made.
Customers are encouraged to report damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered products preferably within 24 hours after delivery, together with relevant order information and photographs where available.
This timeframe helps us investigate delivery-related issues promptly.
However, reporting after 24 hours does not automatically remove statutory rights or remedies under applicable law.
